Wrong item shipped
"The wrong item was shipped to my home. The packaging was not in good enough shape to send the package back in so I was expected to provide shipping materials to return the incorrectly shipped item. This was not a small package. They had mistakenly sent me exhaust pipes for an 05 Mustang! This incurred costs that should not have been mine but they were unwilling to offset."
