Damaged durning delivery not take responsibility
"I spend over $3,500 to purchase LG Fridge included premium delivery, it has be scratched when passing door into my house before hand over for me to check with sign.
Door is wide(820mm-940mm) enough for fridge(759mmD*912mmW*1802mmH) to pass, it’s just due to delivery boy did not carefully to let Fridge pass the door as it be scratched.
The store manager told me it’s my problem to let delivery boy from this door into my house.
As he reject to replace another one or make up this loose."
