"i ordered 4 sheets of 2 x 2 glass tiles and because they were so poorly packaged, at least 10 of the individual tiles were cracked or broken. they were layered in a box with nothing between them and some packing peanuts were thrown on top. perhaps cardboard between sheets and some bubble wrap would have prevented the damage."
