"Everything started fine - the ordering process worked well and I quickly received a confirmation email. After that, there were *perceived* problems due to the website's order status information being wrong, and slow customer service didn't help. Specific examples: - Two days after ordering, I checked the order status. It said it had shipped, but another section said it was still being personalized. Both couldn't be true. - Two weeks later, it still said it had shipped 2 weeks previous, but no longer had the message about it being personalized. It said it shipped via Fed Ex, but it had no tracking number. I wrote customer service because there wasn't a phone number. - Next day, no customer service response. I went to the order status page and my order no longer came up. (!!!) (No typos, I used the autoform values.) So I wrote again, and called the number I found on my credit card statement, but couldn't get anyone on the line. The package arrived that day, but not through Fed Ex like the order status page had said, but through USPS. Seems like I should have paid less for USPS than for Fed Ex. I did get an email response to my customer service request two days later. So everything turned out fine, although a little slow, but the website wasn't accurate and made it look like things weren't going right."
