"BEWARE, DON'T WASTE YOU $$$... this might be a SCAM
I placed my order on June 3rd and it's July 9th, 2014 to a 7 - 14 day unlock my iphone 5S.
I've contacted them TWICE and all they tell me is that "the request was delivered for unlock according to our delivery time and was accepted. Now it is in the unlocking process."
They say there can be delays up to 21 days. I'd be okay with that, not over a MONTH, and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!

I told them I'd start writing reviews today, since their support is not satisfactory.

UPDATE 07-09-2014
They contacted me now saying that they have contacted them (AT&T?) and that the unlock failed... still they haven't given me a reason for it. They promised to refund me within 7 days. Let's see! Updates coming..."
