No response, no glasses
"I ordered my glasses online 1 month ago. I have contacted them many, many times via phone, email, and chat. Nobody can give me the status of the order no matter how many times/people I ask. Just simply says "processing". Last time I ordered these glasses from another vendor it took 4 days."
