Wish Fry's was closer
"Fry's frequently has the best prices on Television and Electronics. I wish I could get in my car and shop at one of their stores. Alas there are no stores in Ohio."

"I called due to a problem with a previous order. The polite friendly person on the phone helped me find a better item than the sold out one and then discounted the price for the new item. I was so happy Mae took care of the problem and was so nice about everything. Customer service is not dead at Solid Signal. An apology and subsequent discount to make up for the problem made me feel like a VIP customer today.
I received a link from Solid Signal to this site so in a way Solid Signal did ask me to write this review. I am happy the link was sent because it gave me an opportunity to thank the staff at Solid Signal for their above average (way above average) assistance. Thank you again Mae and Solid Signal staff.
I guess I may need to tell you I am not associated with this company in any way other than an order I placed today to replace an order I placed on Friday that could not be filled."
