Horrible service
"I purchased a sump pump from essential hardware. It arrived broken due to poor packing. I returned the broken pump and asked for a replacement or a refund. After a month and numerous phone calls, no replacement and no refund. Nothing but a runaround from these crooks. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ESSENTIAL HARDWARE!"
