"When we were planning a 1,100-mile move with a partial shipment of household items, Navis Pack and Ship was highly recommended by numerous persons and firms in Columbus. We had used Navis earlier to pack and ship a large painting and had a positive experience.
We arranged for Navis to do the following: pick up and transport selected furniture and art items locally for consignment; assess the items for the long distance move and provide a quote of overall size, price, and timing; pack all items for the move including crystal and fragile items; deliver the items to two locations at the destination; unload and unpack all items on delivery; and, haul away all packing materials.
At every stage of these processes, we were completely happy with the attention, care, and professionalism of the personnel of Navis. They were unfailingly polite, positive, efficient, and effective in all they did for us. The pickups and deliveries were made at the times promised. The costs were reasonable and consistent with estimates. There were no surprises. Relying on Navis greatly reduced the potential stress of a major move. We give an unqualified recommendation for the services of Navis Pack and Ship."
