"An ordered USB/eSATA interface board arrived a few days quicker than expected ( I did not choose an expedited shipping method). However, the part I ordered was DOA and lets face it, that happens sometimes. However, I want to commend computer geeks in they way that handled my issue and send a replacement board. Your staff was courteous and you will be seeing me around again. Thanks!"
