"I had some initial problems with my order and getting my credit card refund however in the end I must say that JandRs Customer Service people did all things necessary to make things right. Could have been handle a little more quickly but most important is that I am satisfied with the outcome. And their pricing on the Nikon D600 package was very very good.
If you do have a problem with anything, give their Customer Service people a call. They do work hard to rectify the situation. It is easy to get a live person and they do return calls. In my case they turned the situation around and I am appreciative.
I intend to continue to use JandR in the future now that I am assured they are very customer service oriented."
