"Recd disgusting moldy Shari's Berries Celebration Cheesecake as a gift. Company wants to send exact replacement. NO THANK YOU. I have no say because I was the recipient. Not certain of order date. Sender should receive 100% refund. Recd 12 23 2022. Shari's Berries and related 1800Flowers are terrible companies with F-customer service. Cant believe Im expected to receive and consume replacement. Quality of food is food safety issue worthy of reporting to Public Health in both Jericho NY and Lodi, CA, as well as the FDA. Per customer service, refund is not possible to sender. Public comment and documentation depict long standing Shari's Berries food quality issues. DISGUSTING"
