"Directron. DIRECT your business elsewhere...
Initially, I had good feedback for Directron.com. I ordered the product that I wanted (an ergonomic keyboard) online at an unbeatable price and they sent me an instant shipping confirmation the very same day. That was great. My products came on time and were, generally speaking, in good order. If I had never had an issue with the keyboard, I would have written a glowing review for this company, as this was my first order with them.
However, I did have an issue with the keyboard and called in for help. The customer service agent told me what to do to get an online RMA to return the product, but I was stuck footing the bill for the return shipping.
I tried to speak to a CS agent to seek a replacement keyboard that was similar and ask about an exchange for another item they sold, but I was shuffled around to at least 4 different people before a got to a rather 'snotty' (I'm being nice here) lady who spoke to me in a condescending manner as if I were wasting her precious lunch time to ask a question about the products. She did NOT answer my question, but she did suck her teeth and put me on 'hold' while she transferred me to the other end of the galaxy. Once there, I was greeted by the electronic voice of a full voicemail box notification and promptly disconnected.
Due to that unprofessional encounter, I chose to send them back there junky keyboard and conduct my business elsewhere. Perhaps you should too."
