"Ordered sunglasses that were listed as in stock but turned out not to be. I was notified the next day after order and issued a prompt refund after emailing that I wanted to cancel the order.
Didn't bother me too much that the online store was not up to date with that kind of inventory, but I was pleasantly surprised about the prompt PayPal refund.
Chalk up one good experience for these folks."
