"I too have fallen victim to this vendor - but in my case I sent him MY Revo' sunglasses to repair, and he STILL HAS THEM. It's great that he got nailed, but what do I do now to recover my property? This sucks - I have been a huge internet-buyer in the last 10 years, but in 2010 I got scammed TWICE! I blame the search engines for escalating this guy to a level where I saw his site, and used it. If they were aware of all the negative red-flags, then the listing should have warned me - I think. So the question still is: How can I get my property returned? Thanks!"
