NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!
"I purchased 1 ticket for an Ed Sheeran concert for my son as a birthday present. Because of his popularity, I knew that these tickets wouldn't be cheap. Ticketzoom's misleading and incredibly confusing website led me to believe I was getting a great deal until my credit card was charged $440 with almost $150 in service fees. Ticketzoom, more like Ticketscam, never gave me a final price before confirming a purchase. I immediately called them to try and resolve this issue but the customer service was absolutely horrendous, bribing me with a $25 credit off service charges as if that would fix things. The only response that they continously gave was that their "terms and conditions" explains everything. Even after reporting the charge to my credit card company, there was nothing that they could do. Avoid this company at all costs, you will get scammed!!!"
