"I placed an order on 10/11/07 and called to cancel the order on 10/15/07. Since I waited on hold for 15 minutes and did not know if my call would actually be answered, I also sent an e-mail requesting that the order be cancelled. A customer service rep finally answered the call and he assured me that the order would be cancelled. I never received a response from my e-mail cancellation request, so I assumed that the order was successfully cancelled.
On 10/19/07 I received a message that my order was just shipped. I promptly called Customer Service once again and waited for another 15 minutes and explained my problem. The solution? Call back when I receive the order (and wait on hold for another 15 minutes) and they would take care of it then.
Don't order from this company. Their idea of Customer Service is an absolute joke."
