"Was referred by a colleauge to their website. purchased a AED for possibilty of personal use. Needed one that could travel well and not be delicate. Worked with Mallory and Matt. When they stated they owned one and the reason for that brand was comparable to mine, it became an easy choice (first choice is on hold for recall reasons). Received it quickly and am happy with the purchase. Am working on referring them to other organizations too. Word of mouth is better then paid commericals"
