"I need not tell me whole story, as the previous negative reviews have done a more than adequate job. In short, I had the exact same experience as previous individuals who reviewed; the man on the phone was rude, inflexible, and out right a jerk. Im anxious to receive my order and be done with this company. Customer service is EVERYTHING. I would have paid a little more $$ to get proper service. So much for trying to cut corners with this company.
Bottom line, the guy on the phone has some serious issues, and I hope his business goes under soon. If you have not yet ordered from them, go ahead and try, youll see why my harsh words resinate."
