"The new laptop hard drive works well so far. It was reasonably priced. The only downside is that SuperBiiz shipped it in a cheap bubble envelope rather than a rigid box with internal cushioning. I feel like I just got lucky that the thin, fragile sheet metal of the drive did not get smashed in during shipment."

"Complete frauds. Do -NOT- do business with this company.
On 9-1-2003, I ordered a DWL-G650 wireless ethernet card from their web site, which stated that they had over 50 units in stock.
eTechWarehouse immediately charged my credit card the full $51.95 the very next day. Two weeks passed and my order had not shipped, even though it was still listed as having over 50 units in stock.
I emailed eTechWarehouse saying: either give me an actual shipment tracking number or refund my credit card. They canceled my order and said my credit card would be refunded within 5-7 business days.
They have not refunded my money. Instead, they continue to stall whenever I email them, saying they're having delays with the bank, etc, please wait another XX days. It is now almost an entire month and a half since I originally placed my order with eTechWarehouse (10-14-2003) and nothing, as far as I can see, has been done to actually refund my money they stole.
Stay away, stay away, stay away!"
