"I have passed a command, it was not delivered on time. I contact B-tactil to cancel the command , thay accept and tell me that they will return me what i paid.
until now i did not get the money , I contact them via mail or phone and they did not response.
It seems that it used to be a good website for tablette but now they did not even respond to phone call or mail...
I suggest to any one who want to buy from them to contact them before buying, and you will see that there stop support !!!!"
