"Very Dissatified. After paying $12.50 for shipping and handling for an option to receive the product in 5 business days, at this time (Feb. 3) I have not received it. I can not submit my school work because I need the software. The purchase was made in January 26. They are quick to get your money but very slow to give what you paid for."
