"I should have read the reviews first. I was scammed by these con artists. Wait three weeks only to have them inflate the shipping over ten times what I paid. I’m still waiting for my refund. Be very cautious. Terrible customer service too."

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
"I purchased an item for over $2000, and upon receiving it, I realized I had mistakenly ordered the cheaper version. I immediately contacted CDW to request an exchange for the more expensive item. They repeatedly told me that the manufacturer doesn’t accept open-box returns. However, when I reached out to the manufacturer myself, they confirmed in writing that they had no issue with the return.
Despite this, CDW refused to honor the exchange and ignored the manufacturer’s statement. Their agents were dismissive, unresponsive, and made no real effort to resolve the issue. They continuously igno"

Took 2 weeks
"Took 2 weeks to receive items. Just ordered a part off of eBay from AZ received in 3 days. 3rd time this has happened when ordering from JP cycles. Think I’ll switch to Dennis Kirk or Amazon .
Don’t bother talking to there customer service, they just tell you the avg is 5 days. It’s been 12!!!!"
