"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

"Called to order bulbs and bought the ones the representative suggested. They did not work and they wanted me pay reached return shipping which will be about $20. When I called, they said the representative only suggested and I could’ve made other choices. Well, when you don’t know anything about bulbs and you ask someone from the company to help you, you take their suggestion. He had all the information, the length of the bulb which was the problem. I called and asked to hear the tape recording and no one has called me back. Very disappointing will never order from there again and I suggest you do not either. But that is just a suggestion. "
