"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

"It was not in stock, but they did send me an email notifying me of the date they expect the item to be received by them. The vendor should show on the website if it is in stock or out of stock to help the customer's decision process. I could have selected another vendor for the same item that was in stock."

"1000 shipped items promptly, only problem I had was FedEx shipped the items to a location in Kentucky and they sat there for 3 days before they moved again and I got them the next day.
I have had a problem with FedEx the last few years doing this, I had one order sat in Tennessee for a week and a half before it finally moved and I received it. I have had this happen about twice a year for the last 3 or 4 years. UPS I have had only one problem that I remember where it got lost for 2-3 weeks before I finally got it.
So if I have the option, I prefer UPS for deliveries.
