"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

"I have been a 1000Bulbs customer since 2012 and have ordered many thousands of dollars of merchandise. In the last year alone I have purchased over $5000.00 of merchandise from 1000Bulbs. Last week I asked for a RMA to return items that I ordered incorrectly, below is the response from the account manager (Thomas Guerra):
"I can set up the RMA for you and send it to customer service. I will tell that because this was ordered well over a month ago, there will be a restocking fee of 25%.
The items must be in “like-new” condition with the original packaging. If any of the items are damaged in transit back to us, you will not receive a credit for them.
I also feel obligated to let you know that as a company policy that has been set in place, we do not issue return labels and you would be responsible for the cost to return these items.
I will tell you that the cost will be very high to return them. My advice would be to keep them and try to utilize them in some other way."
It is very disappointing to me that 1000Bulbs is more concerned about telling me why I should just keep the merchandise than trying to help a long time customer with a return. By the way, I could not find mention of a 25% restocking charge anywhere on the 1000Bulbs website.
