"The website was very easy to sort through and find the right product - of which I have yet to install and try out, so I can't yet speak to the product. But Im a little annoyed with how it was shipped. They called me and said they needed to deliver via semi truck, so I then told them it would be much easier to deliver to job site (which is right off the highway) instead of my shop (which is in a residential neighborhood). They said it would be easier for them as well, and after spending 20 minutes on the phone confirming they could make the switch, they still delivered them to my shop. Not a major issue since luckily I was there, but certainly annoying considering I had to make room last second in an already crammed shop, and now I have to load, travel, and unload again. This is also slightly unfair to 1,000 bulbs since it's the shippers that screwed up, but they asked for a review, and this is part of the ordering process, and I think an order of nearly $6,000 deserves a little more attention to detail, especially as a contractor who has a potential of making many more orders like this in the future."

"Let’s face it. Track heads are not especially great looking. These are a bit different so there is that. I selected them because of that and that I could choose the Kelvin output. Nice lights. Reasonable price. Good light output options (and changeable)."

"Ordered 20 bulbs in 2 boxes. One box has 2 broken bulbs in it and it was not due to shipping them to me. The outside box was in perfect shape. I sent a few messages to the company but it’s a holiday and they are closed. The sad thing is the inside original packing box has no damage. How 2 bulbs are broken is beyond me. More i have to wait until they see my messages to file a claim and send me replacements. Other than one bulb going on and off with delay, several times after i installed it, the rest have worked well and are bright. The long term life will remain to be seen. I’m not a fan of these glass tubes, but they put out good light. I am replacing LED bulbs that failed after about 400 hours. Not glass tube and could take a bump or 2. "
