"Absolutely the worst registrar encountered during nearly 20 years of buying and selling domain names! I made the mistake of selecting 101Domain to register three domain hacks at $49.95 each. I received written notification the same evening stating my payment of $149.85 was successfully processed. However, the following day I was shocked to receive email messages stating the domain names were improperly priced and could be purchased for the amounts of $20,000; $5,000 and $20,000 respectively. Naturally, I was quite irritated upon having successfully registered three domains along with acceptance of my $149.85 payment by 101Domain only to be told they would cost $45,000 if I chose to still purchase them! I called the same afternoon to better understand what occurred. The first individual whom I spoke provide no valid explanation. I asked her if prices could be provided for three new domains in order to avoid purchasing them only to have more mistakes similar to ones just experienced. After not receiving any return call for hours, I called once again at approximately and dealt with one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional individuals who was representing 101Domain. After phonetically providing my username minimally three times, she finally repeated it back to me correctly and stated no such account even existed. I requested she get a supervisor only to hear a response of "You're really going to get a supervisor because you don't have any account." Once again, I demanded her supervisor and was immediately hung up on immediately thereafter. Eventually, I spoke with a team manager named who took absolutely no responsibility for perceived incompetence and lack of quality control for domains purchasable on their website. In an extremely disingenuous manner, she blamed the specific registry who actually contained correct pricing on their website, ongoing pandemic, timing near a holiday, as well as need for additional time. Nearly three months later, the same three domains are still available for purchase at 101Domain website!

STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING AT ALL COSTS!"

We did a mistake and moved most of our domains with them. We are NOT able to move them out anymore. They are not providing the authorization code and they locked the transfer. They have FULL control. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO UNLOCK OUR DOMAINS NOR GET THE INFORMATION
The renewal fees are extremely high comparatively to other providers.
All other companies provide full access to the authorization codes, reasonable price and full control.
