"We tried to transfer a domain to the new owner in December 2018. We have screen prints of how he followed instructions to authorize the transfer. 101 Domains did not transfer the domain. When following up a few months later (when we became aware of the problem), 101 Domains took zero responsibility for not transferring the domain and charged us a fee to re-instate the expired domain.
The process to re-instate was also a horrible experience with automatically generated emails asking us to pay a fee after we had already received payment confirmation that we had paid the fee. We also encountered errors on the website when trying to process this reinstatement and had to post numerous support tickets.
All in all a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend 101 Domains."

An ex company i contracted at that i allowed to use one of the domains they have awarded them my domains after i have invoice in my name and personal credit card purchase proof and they didnt contact me and transfered the domainds to this company as they have their website on this which is also untrue they have a new website on another domain.
This is an absolute farce .
I never was employed by this company direct i was contracted in my own company so im bot a employee of pratamnak sands and i can fully prove with my work permit
This company now uses this to file a lawsuit against me that i did not give them my password for my account that affected their website as i made changes to my domain .
I want this sorting out and it looks as though i will appoint a us attorney to sort this out if not resolved quickly "
