"My company wanted a .aero domain. That was not available through our normal domain registrar. I searched our name choice on 101domain.com First it said our domain choice was available. I got distracted and about two hours later I searched again on the same device and browser. But this time it said the domain was not available and I could pay $99 to have 101domains pursue this domain for me. That seemed fishy to me, so I executed. Instead, I applied for the required credentials to get an .aero domain; waited two days to receive my credentials, and then searched for the domain on a different device. No problem, it was available. Once you book the domain you have to slog through the typical set of add-on sales such as web hosting, email, SSL certificate, etc.. It was straightforward to register, but I wish there were an advanced users short-cut from name choice to payment. "

"I have transfered two domains to this company and I have changed the named servers but domain101 has not made the change with the registrar. My client requires to move hosting now and this lack of change is causing me to lose clients. I manage over 100 domains and over 80 websites, I have my own vps with my own cpanel license. I have built my own hardware and software inthe past and ran it for 10 years without issues like this. Seriously need to look at an alternative domain registration company for .za extensions."
