I attempted a domain transfer, 1 week later and the process is still sitting in "sending transfer to registry" mode. I did a transfer with an account I have with GoDaddy and everything was completed within a day.
The control panel does not support basic features like disabling domain forwarding that you have enabled (which you can do through the control panel).
I have requested a cancellation to this order and will be transferring my other domain to another registrar simply because of the poor response time of customer service. The rest of the issues are just icing on the cake."
