"Very straightforward interface for registering new domains. Nice hosting options."
"FREE DOMAINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Simple and smooth !! Good site and easy to understand for the international customer !!

"I bought 5 domains and i liked it"
"Privacy cost a little extra, but I didn't understand not opting for privacy meant you are selling my details to marketers?"
"One of the worst i ever used, the only reason i use them is because the major ones don't offer.ae domains, the have a very poor control panel and very non friendly experience, you get lost in what you're looking for, they have almost no affiliations with other major services or 3rd party apps, the moment any major competitor offer a (.ae) i will be switching"

"Simple and fast! Thank you!"
"I made a wrong payment to extend the SSL certificate for my domain. I have contacted for help and they support very well. The wrong payment amount has been added to my account to renew SSL certificates."
"It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with their Customer Support. They simply NEVER answer the phone, despite staying on hold for 90 mins TWICE!"
"There is no way to get rid of the standard 101domain page. Even when installing a 100% WP site directly form the 101 admin it still shows the 101standardpage on the url.
So:
fresh url is registered with 101
fresh hosting registered with 101
fresh WP installation via 101
But the url still shows the 101 advert page....
And yes domain and package etc are over 48 hours old so nothing to with propagation or other lousy excuses hosting companies use to blame the customers instead of themselves.
Ridiculous how in 2017 host still can not make things simple and easy for their customers.

"I like it for make so many choice for register and have good ui for easy find what you want"
"Guys I had a horrible experience with 101 Domain and I decided that I will not keep quiet about it. I'm an experienced developer having developed countless sites and owning over 30 websites myself. I had a great domain idea iam.ai after watching NVidia GTC, which you will also not is an ambigram. I searched for the domain availability, usually I use google domains for this but they do not support .ai domains. I searched for the domain, on 101 domains and it was available. A few hours later just as I was getting ready to buy the domain, I found that it was not available. So far, nothing suspicious there. Loosing hot domains is something that happens all the time. However when I checked the whois records, I found 101 domains had registered the domain!!! I know that scam too well. I definitely won't be keeping quiet. I'm not expecting to get the domain back however, I won't keep quiet. I will blog about this unfortunate experience, and also report them to the relevant authorities. I stand by my word. This guys don't deserve a licence to operate. ARGGG!!"
“Hello Seth,
Unfortunately what you experienced was a false availability in the search results, which happens from time to time with ccTLDs. Our search is connected to the domain registries and sometimes those domain registries tell us a domain name is available when in fact it is already registered. The particular name in question has been registered since 2011, We're sorry for any confusion, we understand that it could mislead you into believing something nefarious was occur, but that just is not the case. Please do let us know if you have any additional questions about this or the registration process in general, we're here to help!
Thanks,

"Google Domains offers a better UI experience and I would order from then if they had the option to support certain domains."

“Hi Jakes,
Unfortunately this is a very common misconception. What happens if you do not opt for privacy, your information is published in the WHOIS database (which is a requirement placed on us by the governing body, ICANN), and a lot of spammers scrape that database daily for the information. This occurs through every registrar. With WHOIS privacy, we mask your details behind OUR information, which requires technical, legal, and hardware support, thus the yearly fee.
We have never and would never give, sell, or otherwise distribute the information of our customers to ANY 3rd parties. You can read more about WHOIS privacy here: https://www.101domain.com/whois_privacy_protection.htm.
Thank you for your business Jakes and we hope your experience with us improves significantly!
Best,
101domain”
