"took long time to get the domain active"
"Delivered as advertised. No complaints"
"This was the worst experience I've ever experience with a registrar. I'm going this weekend to change my cell phone number that I've had for 15 years because I'm getting a dozen calls and texts a day from 101domain partners trying to sell me something. They hang up on me as soon as I say not to call me again and then they call again. I have no words for how upset I am with 101domain!"
"very good experience, great service and prices"

"The new ".health" top-level domain (TLD) became available to health industry applicants a few days ago, and I went looking for a participating registrar. The company behind the ".health" TLD listed a bunch of registrars. After visiting several registrar websites, 101domain.com was the first website that actually offered an obvious way to try to buy my new domain right there on their main landing page. Their price seemed fair (since I didn't get past the landing page for the other sites I checked, I didn't really get any other prices for comparison), and the purchase process went smoothly. The next day I called with some technical questions, and the person at the other end of the phone was knowledgeable and helpful."
"101domain has a wide range of gTLD and their serivce is cheap and easy to use. Although the takeover from one of their common TLD's is a bit alarming.

"I am losing time because of you."
“Hello Efeckr,
The registrant info you submitted with your order was invalid, we asked you to submit updated information, and you have done so, we are now moving forward with your registration. Some country registries are very particular with address formatting, we do what we can on our end, but we cannot make addresses up. We are doing what we can to expedite your order, but please in the future make sure your address and contact info is valid at the time of order, so the registration can go through in a more timely manner.
Thanks,”
A rep from 101domain.com, 101domain, has responded:
“Hi Brett-80569,
I'm sorry you're having such a rough time with your new domain name. I would like to assure you though that 101domain has never and will never divulge your information to any outside parties.
Unfortunately your registration information is made public when you register a new domain name, and there are a lot of companies and individuals that scan through new registrations (especially with the new domain names) to get your contact information, and they do this sometimes hourly.
The reality of the situation is that in order to completely avoid these situations, you have to register your name initially with Private Registration. You added yours a few days after, and as is the nature of the internet, some people already scraped your info. Adding the Protection as you have will minimize the impact, so no new additional spammers will have access to it, but some damage has been done.
We will continue to lobby ICANN to remove the public dissemination of your information, but until that happens registering your domain with Private Registration is the only recourse.
We value your business and if there's anything we can do to help, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask us.
Thanks,
101domain.com
