"Thank you for helping us out."
"thanks for good service 101 domain
"
"Great customer service. They're there to help. "
"Failure after failure. How about picking up the phone to get resolution. "
"Hi,
My Feedback for the larger interest.
101domian.com is the worst, unethical service provider and the team is a bunch of shameless people headed by a NON-QUALIFIED accountant - Anthony Beltran who calls himself the veteran of the domain industry and knows nothing about marketing and customer service and technical aspects of the business.
A Glorified accountant he is.
They closed our corporate Hosting account for a SELF GENERATED hosting error where in my emails in a particular account got swollen simply because their server had some error because of which we were un able to delete the emails to clean it up. They Deleted some of our 10 Websites, and close to 25 or more Email IDs live on the server for no mistake of ours with complete data loss. I have several communications with them dating One year back-to-date, where in they have communicated in writing that they are unable to delete the mail on the server.
Facts : Hosting Valid till 2019, No Refunds, No Interest, No replies to Support tickets and Emails to all top management etc. etc.
They get into their customers accounts online and edit the logs in order to save them any trouble that may come their way.
So guys this is just the tip of the Ice berg. They don't release the auth codes, force you to renew our domain names registered with them with their EXPENSIVE pricing, etc. etc. absolute malpractice and gross violation of the Registrar code of Ethics.
BEWARE & BE CAREFUL.
Love

"101Domain has consistently given me the best service, both in support and in terms of the technical services they provide. They also have by far the most TLD names out of anyone I've seen – country codes, special extensions, etc. Also pricing is great and they'll work with you when needed!"
"2 weeks since I'm trying to install a SSL certificate correctly. Their support sounds like this: "we don't know what you are doing wrong, try again""
"Allowed another to steal my domain name. I ordered the name nearly a week prior to 101domain.com permitting another customer to purchase the name from underneath me.
This was despite the fact that my usurper ordered the name far later than me and my interim queries to 101 domain went totally unrecognised. This was an aged expired domain with valuable attributes. It took me a full day to discover it. "
"Website was good and intuitive, the follow up and customer support was everything it should be: supporting the customer!"
"Your professional Services is awesome, I love your business you are a trustee source in the field of domain and related services. "
"Within a couple of days I began receiving spam solicitations regarding this new domain. I shouldn't have to pay a premium to not get spammed."
"Signing up was a snap. Once signed in the dashboard was very intuitive.
DNS propagated very quickly and I'm UP!"
"Hello,
generally speaking 101domain is OK. The they should improve:
1) to have 24/7 support team (I live on the other side of world, and solving my issues takes more than a day due time difference);
2) super fast feedback service (sometimes it takes days to have your issue solved);
3) improve liability of their servers (last month email was down due to failure of the server)."
"Tried to register a domain. The system screwed around so long it was taken before 101 had confirmed us as customers. "
"I'm really grumpy that I got so many phone calls to setup a webpage for my domain after my purchase. Really not nice to sell my number to vendors!!!!!!"
“Hi casniki,
Unfortunately this is a very common misconception. What happens if you do not opt for privacy, your information is published in the WHOIS database (which is a requirement placed on us by the governing body, ICANN), and a lot of spammers scrape that database daily for the information. This occurs through every registrar. With Private, we mask your details behind OUR information, which requires technical, legal, and hardware support, thus the yearly fee.
We have never and would never give, sell, or otherwise distribute the information of our customers to ANY 3rd parties. You can read more about Private Registration here: https://www.101domain.com/whois_privacy_protection.htm.
Thank you for your business casniki and we hope your experience with us improves significantly!
Best,
101domain”

We will continue to lobby on your behalf to ICANN to change this policy, however Private Registration is unfortunately the only solution as of right now.
