"I ordered 3 premium ".homes" domain names in the beginning of May. The order went through and my account was charged. On the same day, 101domain.com asked me to verify contact info, which I did on May 12. They said I could not purchase these domains because I was an individual. For example, I have owned the domain name RumsonHomes.com for over a dozen years, but they said I cannot purchase Rumson.Homes. This does not make any sense. They have not refunded the purchase that they could not complete without any reason and have failed to answer MULTIPLE requests.
UPDATE: The rep's casual reply says all I had to do was ask for a refund by emailing them. I have emailed at the correct address a half dozen times and sent requests for just that through the online form without a reply - ever. "
