Go to the "Domains" tab,
Scroll down the page to where active domains are listed,
Review the listing for Domain "Stroked.Adult",
Observe that under the column listing for "Country/Category" the selected option is "Adult Industry",
Note that when I signed up for your service, I selected this category for the specific reason that I could serve the "Adult Industry" adult content,
Note further that the category listing of "Adult Industry" was an available option in your system for that reason I was able to select this option,
Now where your TOS have not changed in years per your last response, how then do you continue to carry a category of "Adult Industry" in your options for new client sign-up?

Further, I challenge your claim that your TOS had this verbiage when I signed up for your service, as I expressed before, I did the due diligence to research and select a provider that would serve adult content, as I am well aware that not all providers support the serving of adult content, I read your TOS at the time to ensure a situation like this was not going to befall me, After having satisfied my research with the information I found, I signed up for your service and selected a category of "Adult Content", you would agree that even the registered name "Stroked.Adult" indicate the opportunity of adult content,

So I knew going in that this was what I was signing up for, this is why this is a total shock to me.

Nevertheless, where the adult content is a concern, I will have this information removed, I took on several other initiatives in your system that I would prefer to keep.

Sir / Madame, you must see that this was an error in some way, had I any impression that I would have been violating your policy, I would have not signed up for your service.

I trust you will find it reasonable to give me an opportunity to remedy this situation and continue on my aspirations.

You were ranked one of the top web hosting companies who is not adverse and will accept hosting of adult content, I am certain Google can be made to support this and provide the ranking info for your domain at that time. If your claim today of my violating your terms were to accurate, it would mean then that you forced ranked in Google under false pretenses to binge on customers. Unethical I said, and you want to talk about hosting Porn, Hypocrites, you lie and cheat to have your way and then turn around and pretend to be righteous, point fingers and castigate. Hello, it is very convenient that you doctored the terms of service over the past days that you declined to respond to me on this issue.

I will let you know that I came to your web hosting after researching online for Hosting Companies who are not adverse to Adult content.

So to find this out today is a strict shock as I did extensive research and then selected you company and invested the few dollars that I had.

Further your terms of service did not contain this verbiage previously, I read the terms before signing on for this expressed purpose, just a pity I did not keep a copy of the terms that were available at that time. I will search through my computers history in an effort to find it because know I went to that page and read it. I read it a satisfied myself that this was going to be OK and that I was not violating any policies and then moved forward.

You and your institution are motivated to do this and it is in no way related to the pornographic material, your actions are unethical and down right barbaric if you ask me.

I am a customer and I do not see any justifiable reason why, I was not given an opportunity to address this concern before your taking this action.

I appreciate your email feedback and will move forward to take what action I find fitting given these circumstances.
