"Great customer service - very responsive!"
"They asked for my passport and my credit card scans. Also revoked my domain and removed whois protection.
After I contacted support, they started dealing with the problem and in 2 whole days restored whois protected(data is already compromised..) and i still don't have my domain.
And it is all after several hours talking to support and already 5 days from "they solved the problem".
Will never use it again!"
"I am very satisfied with this domain registry and can only recommend it. I also know no other domain registry that offers so many domains."
"They have outstanding support and are very nice. Everything went smooth with them.
They may be more expensive than other resellers, but it's for a reason."
"I was satisfied. Just time for activation was a bit too long."
"it takes long time to approval"
"Support made sure the problem was solved."
"I have been buying domains from them since quite some time now. I have bought close to 50 domains till now and havent received even a single voucher or discount coupon. Most of the other providers give you basic discounts even on your first purchase and more discounts motivating you for future purchases.
But 101 domain didnt even give me a start discount nor have i even got any vouchers after buying 50 domains from them.
Lets hope they think about this. I will be using some other service in future if i dont get it even now and i will also recommend my friends to use one which gives them some benefits."
"some orders good but when issues arise due customer confusion or out of the normal process (especially with the premium domains, charges change or inability to register, then their support failure shows glaringly).
I'm still in the dark with orders failed, whether they refund or what.
They just fail to take seriously keeping customers informed by easily tracked steps what were charged and what were not from credit-cards. That info is buried somewhere, just that its not easy to find and so encourage abuse!
When you complain, then 101 reverts to the usual fine prints!

“Hi shkhoo1,
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you; however, we are not in control of which domains the registry chooses to make premium. In this case, we were not notified that the domain you were trying to register was premium until afterwards. Please let us know if there is anything we can do by contacting us via support ticket through your client admin or by emailing support@101domain.com.
Best,
101domain”
"Everything very simple and easy to acquire the services"
"All good :) Great service. Super Support. fast."
"Domain name has ended up being registered by someone else during the delay of 101Domain. Registry record was created for the first time after 2 days later from my purchase. 101Domain was somehow unable to do it within 2 days and somehow someone else registered this domain name during this 2 days period.
Event chain has happened to be as follows :
1- I have purchased domain name with .menu extension via 101Domain.com on Nov 19, 2016 at 15:23 UTC (This is email time, probably it happened few minutes earlier).
2- After almost 2 days later, someone has registered this domain name via GoDaddy on Nov 21, 2016 at 05:18:46 UTC.
3- They have declined my order due to payment failure on Nov 21, 2016 at 7:06 UTC. (They have emailed me at 7:23)
4- When i did the payment immediately again; this time they accept my payment less than in one hour, unlike previous 2 days delay on 21 Nov 2016 12:55 UTC.
5- They sent an email to inform me about domain name has end up being registered by someone else on Nov 21, 2016 at 18:01 UTC.
They claim that it is magical coincidence that someone issued this domain during this period of time of two days while it was untouched since “.menu” extension is open to purchase. I have directly contacted to current holder and let him know that i will sue him. He respond me with offer to sell it to me less than cost of suing him over this.
Magical Coincidence Chain :
1- It took for them one and half day to inform me about declined payment, but in 2nd payment it magically took less than 1 hour to inform me that my payment is accepted. This magical coincidence somehow happened while someone else has already registered domain name.
2- No one attempted to buy this domain name since .menu is open for purchase. But again magic happens! This guy happen to purchase it during this two days period.
3-Current holder is somehow is not a guy who is willing to use this domain for his business or anything but he is more into selling it. Currently he installed some empty website. He also told me that he can sell this domain name less than cost of suing him.
