Domain name management for dummies

"Not being an IT expert is not a problem to be able to register, transfer, renew or manage my domain names. Since I work with 101Domain.com, everything runs smootly, I can do everything myself and if something seems too difficult, their support team is always willing to help.
I've been saving since day one as their prices are very competitive and there's no need to hire and expert.

2) after a day contacted support as no change of data
3) found emails in spam and clicked verification, support confirmed that it will be complted within 4 hours
4) week later and still not change of whois data.

"The cost of domains (after the first year) is hidden very carefully to lure the customer into the sell.

Not helpful

"I tried to register a .aero domain and provided the credentials. 101domain accepted my payment but rejected my request for the .aero domain saying that I have the wrong credentials. I asked for clarification from support as to what are the correct credentials and the support person pretty much just copied and pasted the original notice of rejection without explaining why it was rejected and what I need to do. There is no clear path forward. This is especially frustrating because I know that I have the correct credentials.

Edit: September 26th. I wanted to remark that 101domains has gotten in contact with me and resolved all of the issues.

You can't expect better!!!

"I've developed and hosted quite a couple of web apps since 2010. But 101domain.com is the best in term of control panel.
I am administrating all my domains contents and databases in one single and common dashboard. I have hand over all as though I owned their hosting servers. And their price is quite fair compared to average on the IT market.
Of recent, I've got less than 24 hours support for each of the 2 cases I raised on domain transfer.
I am very satisfied!

Lost a domain in GA period to another buyer who applied for registration much later than my application

"They said in an order confirmation email that order will be instantly processed. But, it was not processed at all. I noticed in whois at a much later time that the domain I applied for was registered to another guy at a time more than 12 hours later from my application.I feel really bad abou this failure."
