"For years, 101domain.com design was not as good and simple to search for domains and I simply decide to move to other providers.
After a few months, decided to check if something has change and, for my surprise, it did. The site is pretty fast, fully responsive and they have put more love on the overall User Experience of the site.
Now, it's really easy to search for a domain under hundreds of TLDs and, also, searching only among those which are already available to purchase, for example. This is a great step further."

"No customer service or very slow to get a reply from sales or support. The prices are relatively good when compared with other companies.
No matter if they will say that a ticket was not received by them. We only get a reply after 2-4 attempts and after 2-5 days."

Gandi.net offered the same domains at approximately 100 USD cheaper.
When I inquired with 101domain support, I was given vague reasoning; "Sir, thats because Gandi.net does not offer any domain support" which makes no sense, they do offer support.
