"Recently I bought a domain (VR.SI) and after you confirmed the domain was mine, you cancelled my order without any explanation...

My website has been down for three days. My technical representative tells me that the issue is on the host side. Instead of replying to reviews, perhaps they should focus on fixing my problem.

+ it works
+ all the possible domain names
+ easy registration process
- pricing (sometimes extremely bad)
- management of DNS records is just a pain, very bad UX!
