"Bad handling of .pl domain transfer. Email ding dong with 101domain and NASK so many times. NASK said they send. 101domain said they did not receive and just do nothing except waiting. Total deadlock. Can't 101domain takes the initiative to complete this simple task."

"Ordered a domain that REQUIRED a license to do business in another country. However, this bit of information was NOT LISTED as a part of the requirement to use the domain until AFTER I purchased the domain. Then, since I was not using the domain for business, I was unable to register the domain or redirect the dns. Resellers offered no helpful information."

On Jan 11th we sent you an email notifying you that the domain name you were attempting to register is reserved by the registry (please make sure you whitelist 101domain.com, as that is the most common reason for missing the email), in this case the Caymen Islands (.ky). Unfortunately there is no recourse for registry-reserved names.
