"Obtaining the domain was easy. What I disliked was the fact that, although all required fields were filled out and necessary documents were attached, I continued to receive a warning that a document was missing. Numerous trials followed to correct this but to no avail. This kinda left me in the dark and I decided to contact customer service after about 4 days. The gentleman on the other end of the "line" was very helpful indeed and all was solved rather quickly.
So all in all a good experience yet it would have helped me a lot if I would have been presented with an explanation of what exactly was missing and how to correct this.

"Misleading advertisement, dishonest support.

They advertise WHOIS privacy protection with no mention of it not to be available for .im domains and only informed me about it after the purchase. Adding insult to the injury, their support lied to me that it is not technically possible to provide WHOIS privacy for .im domains despite the fact that Network solutions have no problem providing such service. Now I have to wait 60 days before I can transfer my domain to Network solutions before I can cut the ties with this unworthy registrar.
