"101Domain charged my credit card for a domain that is not even available. Chronologically it was like this:
1. I registered for perpika.kr domain and uploaded document requirements, the system said payment is going to be made only when the domain is registered. The registration process was going to take about 48hours.
2. I cancelled the domain registration through customer support before 48 hours because the domain was not available anymore. I even deleted my credit card information.
3. A week later, I received a notification from my bank that 101Domain has charged my credit card.

This is very unsatisfactory, not only that the system said that the payment will only be processed when the domain is registered, I DELETED MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BEFORE THE PAYMENT WAS EVEN PROCESSED. The customer support even made excuses such as that the credit card was charged for further purchase. Definitely will NEVER use this site again.
