I've been registered with your free, doesn't really mean much, pre-registration since my client heard about it and wanted it for her establishment. Not a word from 101domains about it until beginning of May. Received all of your advertising for everything else via email though. Logged in on May 11, paid the $29.99 for the registration. Haven't heard a word from you until today. Not about the domain name, but asking for a review. Subject: Did 101 Deliver? Absolutely not. Poor communications. Vague references to the release date. Even now after I paid 10 days ago it still hasn't shown up in my account. I just know there's going to be a scam at the end of this telling me someone else has also reserved the domain name and it will now go up for bid. Something like that. Can't wait to see what happens next."

The new gTLD process can sometimes be a lengthy and time consuming one. As soon as we received launch dates and pricing for your extension you were emailed about it. Within that email all the information that is relevant for your phase is outlined.
