"My last update was threatening legal action against n as we have a global business function offline,
CEOs wondering why we cannot do our jobs by "keeping a website online", I've been chasing this issue for a month, multiple international phone calls, many live chat sessions, support ticket updates and there has been ZERO action on the task. Phone/chat just keep telling me to update the ticket and "we will get back to you within 24-48 hours". 14 days later, nothing. I try and call or chat (only open short US business hours of 8-5 or something ridiculous) and all they can do is ask me to update the ticket. This has honestly been the absolute worst experience with a domain reseller/support company in the 15 years and thousands of domains I have managed and I am very willing to share the feedback with many other
IT Professionals I come into contact with who are after domain reseller r commendations.

"If took 48 hours to fill the order. Way to long. You should tell people if you order Friday night, Saturday or Sunday.. It won't be process till Monday."
