"Domain availability is not to the mark. I order one domain and till successful payment it was showing available. Money deducted from CC and I was in wrong impression that domain will be in my account in 48-72 hours. But it dint happened and they made refund. In this complete process I levied with extra dollars for CC transaction and currency conversion which was totally wasted with my time.
But for pre-registration it got an excellent service.

Although forgot password identifies my email and they send automated emails to my email after domain purchase. However when I click link in email to retrieve password, the error message says ambiguous email. I am yet to find a telephone number to make an international call for help. "

"While ordered, there was no indication about per-registration. I came to learn 2 days later that the domain will be activated in August.
I requested to cancel and refund, they took 2 days and add credit to 101do.. account instead of sending back to my card. It's normal that I won't ever order from them."
