"I ordered a Wonpro WA-5 Universal to US Grounded Plug adapter which was aptly priced at 2.78$. I had researched for such adapters in other internet shopping sites especiaaly amazon.com but the minimum price I could find was 5$ and more than 6$ shipping (ordinary ground shipping). 110220volts.com just charged $4.31 for USPS First Class mail. So i was very happy to get everything for 6.91$.

"I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a PL-100 Clarity Personal Listener Plus. I received a PL-100 ZyXEL Powerline Ethernet Adapter. This store has no customer service. They refuse to answer Emails. They say someone has to phone back when I phone and then they never do. I now appears to me that I have lost my purchase money. I can't get an RMA number from them. "I placed two orders with them, both of them arrived fine but in both cases it was something else than I ordered! I wrote them several e-mails trying to resolve the problem but they never bothered to answer any of them. I will never do a business with them and I discourage everyone from doing so.

In the first case I ordered the total number of 12 pieces of 3 different types of adapters (2, 4 and 6 pcs.) but they completely confused the order and swapped all 3 numbers. In the end I got different number of adapters of each kind than what I wanted and what I paid for.

In the second case I ordered 1 piece of ATVR-300 - 300 Watt Deluxe Automatic Voltage Regulator, Voltage Converter Transformer (CE Appr.). I received something quite different - ATVR-500D which:
a) doesn't have advertised Time Delay switch (which was the reason I was ordering this specific type)
b) doesn't have advertised CE Approval
c) looks quite differently than the one shown on their website

"Horrible customer service.

When I was checking out of their online store I used paypal and somehow it automatically changed my shipping address to reflect my billing address because of what was stored in my account info. At the time I was overseas in Iraq and the item I ordered was a international plug so I needed it in Iraq, not upon returning to the U.S. I immediately sent their customer service people an e-mail asking them to change the address and giving them the correct one prior to the order being processed. Approximately one week I received a response saying that the order had already shipped and there was nothing they could do about it even though I sent them the e-mail only 2 seconds after submitting my purchase. Two days later I received another e-mail telling me that the item was shipped. I thought it was already too late?

This was only a $2 item so in the spirit of customer service I asked that they ship a replacement one to the correct address to which they refused to correct their mistakes. I will never do business with them again because of their unwillingness to satisfy their customers."

"I purchased from the, online using PayPal. They received the funds and then notified me the item was backordered. I asked for refund 4 times by email and called them twice. They answered me one time, trying to talk me out of a refund, but still offering one.

I have filed a complaint with their local BBB.
