"This is the most unfriendliest people and terrible place I have dealt with in my life.
1) After ordering, no delivering, why? they were not able to locate the paymant which was done a long time ago
2) When finally delivered, the fuses were missing.
3) the expensive voltage converter was free for S&H, the stupid fuses I am still waiting for were not, so I paid 17 USD more for something I am still waiting for
4) almost 2 months after ordering no fuses have arrived.
5) the arrogant girl in the customer service just yelled at me and hang up (07/28/2007 3:10 pm)
I have still many things to buy... better look somewhere else!!! all because S&H and 3 USD fuses!!!
It is a pitty, since the big european comminuty in USA linked to our business will hear about this! "
