"I purchased 2 sticks of "DDR 256MB PC2100 266MHz Major Micron Brand" for $76 with shipping from this company. They were shipped out the same day, and I received them the following day. And this was ground shipping! Memory arrived exactly as described, and I am extremely pleased with this company overall. I would definitely do business with them again."

"Ordered a ASUS motherboard A7V333. Received email confirming order immediatly. Package came in the time alloted. We shall see how it works. Unfortunatly having trouble with the reseller of the ram so unable to install and run the dang thing

"Ordered a Western Digital 120GB drive from them. Was shipped the next day and recieved the day after that. Quick good experience. Did not have to deal with customer or tech service, so i cant comment on that."

"Buyer Beware. Return policy is vague (including restocking fee). Products are OEM and they are not listed as so on their website. They hit you with a 20% restocking fee when you try to return something. Sent one email asking a question and never received a response. Ordered a hard drive with the motherboard I purchased expecting that they were retail. Not so. Would not do business with them again."

Ordered XP Home edition (OEM) and
some memory. Got an email back
the next day that the memory was
not availble but some better (and
more expensive) memory was.

I wrote back with a question on the
price, got a response and agreed.

A week later, I'd not heard any
news so I wrote to cancel the order
and got an apology saying they
thought I'd cancelled all along.

My CC was charged on the day of the
order, and it was credited 1 day
before my last email to them.

I'd call them honest, if somewhat
hapless.

"I purchased memory for my computer and the transaction went perfectly. They did charge my credit card the following day, but I received the memory on the 20th (3 business days after the credit card was charged). A UPS tracking number was provided at their web site so that I knew when to expect delivery. No iritating phones calls or other unsolicited mail from them. Just the facts via a single e-mail from them and a flawless transaction. I do see that they charged my credit card with the company name "T & S INTERNATIONAL ELK GROVE IL". From reading the other 2 posts here, maybe I was lucky. "

"company into MAJOR tax problems with the IRS. and have VERY hard times paying their debts. company was formally T&S International ... beware. last order, half the products came and the other half were "lost in the mail". insurance on their shipping is optional. buyers beware."

"These people are very difficult to deal with. I placed an order for 2 hard drives and XP home. One week after I placed the order I called them to see if it had been shipped. The lady I talked to couldn't speak english well enough to even check on it for me, she told me to check my email after 8 o'clock that night for a tracking number that never came. I called back the next day and some guy that spoke a little better english told me that they were out of stock (hard drives) and that they had called 3 times and left 3 messages on my answering machine (that I don't even have) and tried to talk me into buying something else. When he finally realized that I wasn't going for it he told me the hard drives would be in the next day and I told him that was fine. Then I called a few days later to check on it again and got the same lady as I did the first time and she could not tell me anything other than to check my email again after 8 that night for a tracking number. I think that must be all she knows how to say??? Funny thing is is that the order was delivered that day and she couldn't even tell me if it had been shipped. I did receive my order and all was well but it was a big hassle and I won't be ordering from them again. One more thing that I was not happy about was that they billed my credit card the day after I placed the order, instead of waiting until they were ready to ship. If I would have decided to cancel the order I would have had to somehow get them to credit my card which I am sure would have been a real joy."
