"i purchased alexmark printer with the advertisement saying that there was a $30.00 mail in rebate at the Donald E. Stephens Convention center in Rosemont. 11cb's booth was t&s international corp. i asked the vendor if there was a mail in rebate for the printer and he said it was inside the box. he also told me that i could go to the lexmark site to download the mail in rebate. as soon as i got home, i opened the box and surely enough, there was no mail in rebate form. i went to the lexmark site and found that there were mail in rebate forms, just not for the printer i purchased. as for searching, i found that the mail in rebate had been expired months before! be careful when purchasing from this company. customer service was terrible. i made phone calls and sent emails asking about the situation, all with no answers. it's always, leave your phone number and email and we'll respond as soon as we can. that's some bogus customer service if you ask me."
"I purchased four products from the website on 08-31-2002. I did not have any problems with the shipping of the products. The main problem I had was two of the products were not the correct products. Called the customer service number and said fill out an RMA and I will have an e-mail within two days. I have already e-mailed customer service twice with no response. I am just trying to get the products that I ordered without all the hassle. Think twice about ordering from 11cb. "
"Ordered a MB from these guys, since they had a good pricewatch price. They shipped me a barebones system instead.
Ok, quite understand how you can confuse a 4 lb. motherboard with a 20 lbs. system, but what the heck. Called them up, and they agreed to take back the incorrect order. Well, to get my MB faster, I opened a new order with them, and they agreed to completely refund the original order.
That was 2 months ago! I got my MB, but they still haven't refunded my money for the incorrect order! A month ago, they said they'd process the RMA in 1-2 days, but they haven't answered any of my emails since then.
In a nutshell:
Beware of these guys. If everything goes smoothly, you'll have no trouble. But if you need to return something, you'll wish you never did business with them.

"I purchased a stick of 521mb 2700 DDR-SDRAM from this company in person at the SuperComputerSale at the Novi Expo Center in Michigan. The invoice was written and had no number to reference.
The sticker on the RAM identifies it as 512mb. When I installed this RAM it only reads as 256mb, after inspecting it closer it seems that the identification sticker was a little dirty as if it had been tampered with.
The next day I called a telephone number listed on the invoice and told the person that answered the phone my problem. This person told me to go to the website www.11cb.com and fill out the proper forms.
I filled their "RMA request form" 7 days ago and recieved no reponse. I filled out a second form 3 days ago and have recieved no response.
I'm not about to accuse anyone of switching the sticker on this stick of RAM, I will accuse them of poor customer service when I'm directed to a web form that they do not respond to!!

"I was hesitant to purchase from 11cb after reading several negative reviews, but went ahead and ordered a new computer set up from them last week (motherboard, CPU, memory, hard disks). I received an e-mail confirming my order within minutes of placing it on their web site. The next day I called to confirm shipment of the order and learned that the hard disks I ordered were not in stock. However, they offered to send me different brand hard disks (more expensive than the ones I'd ordered) for the same price as the ones I had requested, which they had in stock and could ship that day. I agreed, and the order shipped that day. I received the order two days later and am very pleased with the system. Everything arrived as advertised.
It would be a little more convenient for users if their web site could tell you if a product was in stock prior to placing your order. But despite the lack of that feature, I had an excellent experience buying from 11CB and saved a lot of money compared to other retailers."
"Placed the order on June 20th for 2 sticks of PC1066 256mb RDRAM modules. Called the 21st to make sure the memory had gone out. Was told that it hadn't so I changed the order to next day shipping so that I would have it on Tuesday of the following week. Was told it was done.I also asked him to make sure the memory was in stock and also was told yes. Called Monday the 24th, talked to the same guy I spoke with on the 21st, he said that it hadn't shipped yet and he would call me right back. After waiting for 3 hours, I finally called back and got the same guy again, only to be told then that the warehouse didn't have it in stock, nor could there supplier get the item of interest! I immediately canceled the order, ask if it had been charged yet and was told no. Tuesday the 25th I called my bank, and sure enough, there was a hold on my account for $258. Called there sales number again, spoke to a different guy this time who spoke very hard to understand english (the language is ENGLISH here!), and was told to send an email to cancel the order. He wouldn't even check on it over the phone to make sure the guy canceled it the day before. What a joke! Then he told me it would take 2-3 days to credit it back. BUYER BEWARE - this place is a joke! Look elsewhere before doing business here as it seems no one there knows what is going on, and then again whats actually in stock!
